The accommodation will be available from 1400 hrs on the first day of the holiday and will be vacated by 1000 hrs on the last day of the holiday.
- The accommodation must be kept and must be left in a clean and tidy condition. We must be notified of any breakages or damage to the building, furniture, fixtures and fittings or contents. Any damage or breakage will be made good to our satisfaction.
- No dangerous items or substances or illegal items or substances must be brought into the accommodation or onto the property.
- The accommodation must be used in a reasonable manner with due consideration for the surroundings and other people. In particular be aware of noise levels generated by television, radio and music source.
- Parking is available immediately adjacent to the accommodation. However any vehicle and the contents of any vehicle is left entirely at your own risk
- We shall not be liable to any person for personal injury or loss, however caused or sustained, during their stay.
- All of your personal possessions and belongings are left entirely at your own risk..
- Please make us aware of any problems or difficulties with the accommodation during your stay so that we have the opportunity to resolve them. We regret that we are unable to accept liability for any complaint not brought to our attention during your stay.
- For postal bookings a deposit amounting to 40% of the total invoice is required with your provisional booking. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by letter post or email when your booking form and deposit have been processed. Any deposit paid by you will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation and any refund will be at our sole discretion. Bookings and payments made online require the full invoice amount to be paid at the time of booking.
- For postal bookings the balance will become due 30 days prior to the commencement of your holiday and you agree that if the balance is not paid by that time we reserve the right to treat the booking as having been cancelled. Payment in full is required for bookings made 30 days or less before commencement.
