The accommodation at Collingwood
Lounge/Dining Room:
This large room has panoramic views over Babbacombe Bay.
The relaxing lounge area has comfortable soft furnishings, TV and video with French windows opening onto the patio.
The dining area comfortably seats four.
Bathroom:
The large bathroom has a bath with mixertaps/shower, toilet and hand basin.
The house is non-smoking and we regret no children and no animals. There is a friendly resident border collie called "Poppy" and a fish pond approximately 9ft x 12 ft.
Kitchen:
The kitchen, recently refurbished, is well equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave oven, kettle etc., and all the necessary china and cutlery.
Bedroom:
The spacious double bedroom has built-in wardrobes and leads through French windows onto the patio area.
Patio Area:
Use of a gas
barbeque, sun loungers and picnic table is available.
